Mary Katherine (M.K.) White is General Manager, Performance Management Solutions at Syntellis, where she oversees all performance management software. Passionate about technology innovation in healthcare, financial institutions, and higher education, M.K. is responsible for the balance between strategy and execution, managing the short-term, and planning for growth.   

M.K. has 15+ years of experience in strategic planning, P&L leadership, sales, customer relations, product implementations, support, training, optimization, and customer success functions. Since joining the organization in 2013, M.K. has held several progressive leadership roles and has a proven track record of mobilizing teams, revenue achievement, developing operational plans, identifying growth opportunities, as well as discovering and operationalizing partnerships for success.  

In addition to overseeing hundreds of successful Axiom Software Suite implementations across multiple industries, MK’s accomplishments also include launching the Axiom Advantage program — a robust set of tools, technology, and services to help customers optimize adoption of Axiom software — building a training and certification program, development of the Axiom Advocate reference program, and creation of the peer-to-peer community: Axiom Community.  

Prior to Syntellis, M.K. was Senior Director of Client Relations for an organization that delivers software and technology solutions for the trade show industry. In that role, she developed the overall strategic vision for the Client Relations department, and built teams in software implementation and delivery, professional services, and operations.
