REGISTRATION & ATTENDEE INFORMATION

What should I do if I’m having technical issues during the event? 

We’re here to help! Navigate to the chat icon on the sessions page in the lower right corner of your screen to speak to someone live or email us at events@syntellis.com. You can also follow the tips below to troubleshoot common technical issues. 

Use Google Chrome: We recommend all attendees use Google Chrome in incognito mode to access the event site and all virtual sessions. 

You must accept all cookies

Disconnect from VPN: We recommend that attendees disconnect from their own VPN to have a better experience within the event platform. 

Clear your cache: The fastest way to get rid of the cache data in Google Chrome is the option "Clear Browser cache". You can access this function with the following shortcut: 

  1. Press the [Ctrl], [Shift] and [Del] keys all at the same time 

  1. A new window opens: "Clear Browser cache" 

  1. Here you can select from the upper drop-down menu, the time period you want to delete the cache data. You can select between "last hour", "last day", "last week", "last four weeks" or "all" 

  1. If you want to delete all cache data, select "all" 

  1. Check the box in front of "Images and Files in Cache" 

  1. Submit your selection by clicking the "Delete Browser data" button 

  1. Reload your site 

How do I join a live session? 

You’ll see the “broadcast” icon below the title in the agenda. Click this button to enter the broadcast.  

Is there a registration fee?

There is no cost to attend Summit 2022.

Is there a registration deadline?

You can register for the conference any time. After the conference ends, you can still register to view on-demand sessions for 30 days.

How do I login to my account on the event site?

The event platform uses a password-less log in link. After you register, you will receive an email with a "magic link" that will automatically log you in and allow you to register for and join sessions. Please bookmark this site and/or save your registration confirmation email so you can access the platform during the event. If you do not see a confirmation email after registering, please check your spam filter or contact us for assistance.

What is the difference between registering for an event and marking it as “interested” with the star icon? 

Selecting the chair icon next to a session's title will pull up the option to register for that session, this is how you sign up for an individual session and add it to your "Registered Sessions". Selecting the star icon will simply add the session to the list of sessions you are interested in, and you will need to go back later to click on the chair icon when you decide to register.  We encourage everyone to register in advance for any sessions they plan to attend. 

How can I add sessions to my calendar? 

The easiest way to add a session to your calendar is by clicking into the session you wish to add to your calendar and then click on the “Add to Calendar” button.

How can I quickly find sessions that are live on event day(s)? 

Visit the Agenda page and you’ll see a pop-up box at the top that tells you which events are currently live. 

Can I submit questions to speakers in advance of the session? 

You will have the opportunity to ask real-time questions via a chat function during each session. 

How do I access session recording after the event?

Recordings of all keynote and breakout sessions will be available to view after the event via this website. You must be registered for the event in order to view on-demand recordings. Please note that networking sessions and wellness activities will not be available after the event. 

How do I get copies of the materials presented? 

Session materials that presenters wish to share with the audience will be available via a link in the session chat.

What is Ask the Expert? 

Ask the Expert is your chance to book one-on-one time with Syntellis solution experts from our Professional Services team. Our consultants can help answer a variety of questions regarding our products.  

These sessions are designed for current Syntellis customers to revisit both industry and system best practices as well as extend their solution knowledge. For an exploratory look at our products, separate demo sessions are available for both existing and prospective customers. 

Do I need to register for Ask the Expert or a demo separately?

Yes, please sign up to reserve your time slot with an Axiom expert. There is no charge for Ask the Expert or a product demo, but space is limited. Registration opening soon!

Are additional training sessions being offered?

Our half-day, small group Syntellis Academy Hands-On Lab session will be held:

This is not a Certification course. This add-on training is designed for all industries and will be a deep dive into Axiom web-based reporting. Participants are eligible to earn one CPE credits.
