Nearly all colleges and universities received American Rescue Plan funding, but institutional leaders say it offers only a temporary reprieve from financial troubles, according to an annual survey by Inside Higher Ed and Hanover Research. Even so, 74% are confident their institutions will be financially stable in 10 years.
