Courtney Burke: The workbooks are very easy to use. And as we've been going every year, it's been getting better and better. We've been finding better ways to manage that whole process. It’s helpful that we have a team that is so supportive of using the Axiom system that it helps the end users, who are actually doing the budgets, to more readily adopt it.
Margot Snerson: ... Especially since we've gotten it on to Axiom – we've had many more people feel competent and able to build their own budgets. We’ve got the front line managers who are actually responsible for the budgets finally getting involved in the budget process and feeling a better sense of ownership of the data in the budget. It then moves up the service line for each area to review it, but they really have much more control over what they get for a budget.
