Courtney Burke: We keep finding all of these different ways to make new reports and different ways to look at the data, and especially our executive team loves all of the performance reporting. I mean, we're getting heavily into productivity, labor management, and just scrutinizing all of the expenses. We're doing multiple versions of that. We're doing a lot of automated reports out of the scheduler that get automatically emailed. We have files that just get sent out to our shared drives. And then it's kind of a lot of on demand.
Margot Snerson: I think that using Axiom has really helped because we've designed reports specifically built to the way our management team has asked to see the data. And we've created tracking formats and report formats that can be used at any level of management. I can have senior management run the report by service line but I can have people below that run it by a site or by a region. And if you manage two or three departments within one building you can run it for just your departments. We're maintaining one report that all of these different audiences can use to really meet their own needs.
Courtney Burke: I find that Axiom just – it makes things a lot easier for us to report out and get the data we need. I mean, it's a great system to just pull everything into one place, and then it has the flexibility of all the different ways that you can report out on it.
