This transaction is a significant development for both organizations, bringing with it many opportunities for the clients we serve. In uniting the strengths of our organizations, we can expand our product and services portfolio and bring you the most innovative planning, decision support, and data intelligence solutions in the market. This will also facilitate investments yielding greater innovation, accelerated delivery of solutions, and expanded services that further drive value and increase your ROI. Will clients be required to move vendors/platforms/tools?
Initially, as we continue down the path of integration planning, our focus will be on bringing together capabilities to deliver best-in-breed solutions for our clients. Our strategy will be centered on our clients' needs. While we may need to make decisions regarding our investments in certain areas, we will be collaborative and transparent in our approach.
Will Strata and/or Syntellis re-brand?
At this time, the organizations will continue to operate as separate businesses, with their existing brands and products. As we continue down the path of integration planning, we will reach out if there are any planned changes to this approach.
Will Syntellis and Strata platforms be consolidated?
As part of our integration efforts, we will evaluate our combined assets, products, and solutions to ensure we are bringing best-of-breed capabilities to the market.
